  Warranty    
  1. The warranty covers the product is damaged or defective due to materials not meet the standards
    and/or defects during production.
  2. NJ Network remains liable for warranty. In the case of damage, repairs or replacement parts, service
    technicians NJ Networks only.
  3. Dates warranty starts from the date of purchase. (According to the bill, invoice).
  4. The warranty does not cover damages. Arising from the use of the wrong manner. Including the introduction
    of the product to modified or customized to be used in the wrong manner. Covers the following operations,
    4.1 Applications that deviated from the normal condition of the machine.
    4.2 Damage caused by power surge (do not use the company Adapter).
    4.3 Damage arising from injury or a fall.
    4.4 Tampering Repair or cause deterioration to any part without permission is prohibited.
    4.5 The damage caused by water, moisture or chemicals.
    4.6 Machine falls to the ground, making a crack at, broken, loose, or cause internal circuit damage.
    4.7 Machine with water stains, or rust stains Oxide as excess humidity or rain.
    4.8 Machine, board burns like fire, burned or used up.
    4.9 Damage caused by natural disasters in all cases.
  5. The warranty will be canceled if the product (SN) does not appear on product.
  6. Removing machine without permission from the Company. The warranty will be canceled.
  7. Goods have been repaired. Or replacement to will be equal to the remaining period of insurance products.
  8. If customer not received claim product within 2 month. The customer waiver NJ Network do any process.
  9. Repair is not in the warranty terms. Customers will pay for repairs (actual) and shipping costs 3,000 baht.
  10. Problems arising from its use in weak signal areas. Or no signal (SNR should be > 15 / Loop should be < 30).
  11. Accessories Adapter Warranty 1 year warranty 3 months.
  Terms of Service Remote Support technical service and product claims.
 
  1. The Company reserves the right to offer technical and Remote Support specific products which are imported by the
    company.
  2. The product claims must be taken with Adapter every time.
  3. If product claims to be the conditions in mentioned above. Company will claim Accessories immediately.
