8. Add the type of Torrent in Restrict Web Feature. Forbid customers downloading BT file.

Improvement :
1. Corrected: Cannot perform signature upgrade from WAN2 while WAN1 connection fails or connects to Intranet.
2. Corrected: Signature download failed frequently due to the shortage of VigorPro signature server construction.
